Programme: The Chrysalis Effect and it’s coaches
The Chrysalis Effect offers a trauma-informed, step-by-step recovery pathway for people with fatigue-related conditions such as ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and Post-Viral Fatigue. It combines structured recovery coaching, education and community support with accredited practitioner training. The approach is grounded in understanding sensitivity, trauma and nervous-system dysregulation as key contributors to chronic illness.
You can explore their accredited Neurodivergent-Informed Coach Training, designed for practitioners who support autistic, ADHD or highly sensitive clients (https://thechrysaliseffect.mykajabi.com/ndcoursebooking).
Many Chrysalis coaches have lived experience of both chronic illness and neurodivergence, such as Shirley Appleby and Alison Campsie.
You can also watch Chrysalis founder Elaine Wilkins discuss the link between sensitivity, neurodivergence and chronic illness in her talk Is Sensitivity a Form of Neurodivergence? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ElmF4qYXR3Y).
