Tame the Beast is a free educational site designed by pain scientist Professor Lorimer Moseley. It introduces the idea that chronic pain can be retrained through understanding and nervous system regulation. The key video and resources help explain pain as a protective mechanism rather than a sign of damage, making it easier for people to start their recovery journey.
