  • Chana Studley is a trauma counsellor, Three Principles practitioner, and chronic pain recovery coach with more than 30 years of experience.   • Chana also offers a 1:1 coaching package called the Painless Coaching Programme, designed to support recovery from chronic pain and nervous system-driven symptoms. It includes five two-hour sessions delivered via Zoom at a pace that suits the client.

    The work blends insight-based coaching with education around nervous system sensitivity, the mind-body connection, and the Three Principles. Clients are guided toward calm, clarity and trust in the body’s natural capacity to heal.

    Common issues supported include back and joint pain, migraines, digestive issues, fibromyalgia, hormonal and sleep-related symptoms, and mind-body expressions of stress or trauma.
