  • For individuals facing complex, long-term chronic illness who haven’t found answers through conventional medicine.

David Staunton combines his personal recovery from severe nerve pain and chronic fatigue with training in functional medicine to support others through long-term illness. His approach centres around uncovering the emotional and energetic roots of illness, using a structured five-stage process he calls "emotional archaeology."

David’s coaching is rooted in deep listening, trauma awareness, and helping people reconnect with the parts of themselves that got suppressed through illness, fear, or life experiences. He works with people who feel stuck even after trying many approaches and offers long-term, one-to-one support tailored to each client’s story.

    How It Works

    • Begins with a free 30-minute discovery call

    • One-to-one coaching for 3 to 12 months

    • Follows a five-stage method: Stabilise, Excavate, Process, Reunite, Heal

    • Delivered remotely via Zoom

    • Sessions focus on emotional safety, processing stuck patterns, and building a new relationship with the body and nervous system

    Worth Knowing

    • David’s own recovery journey informs every part of his coaching

    • Especially suitable for those who have tried many tools but feel emotionally blocked or disconnected

    • His clients often report lasting transformation after years of being unwell

    • Not a quick-fix solution but a deep, layered process for those ready to go inward
