Fatigue Reset is a short online course created by Pamela Rose, a fatigue recovery coach. It focuses on her “Crack Pacing” approach – a practical system for learning how to pace effectively to reduce crashes and stabilise energy. It is designed for people with ME/CFS, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia and other fatigue-related conditions who have struggled with traditional pacing advice.
-
Modules are kept short to avoid overwhelm.
Especially suited to people who know about pacing but haven’t been able to apply it successfully.
Can be used as a stand-alone tool or alongside other recovery programmes.
-
SBSM integrates multiple modalities into one curriculum.
Content is described as comprehensive but still accessible through varied learning formats.
A related self-study course — 21 Day Nervous System Tune-Up — offers a lighter introduction with 9 neurosensory exercises and stress science videos.
Many participants start with the Tune-Up before committing to SBSM.
-
Many described it as “the first time pacing actually made sense.”
Worksheets helped track energy and gave structure to daily planning.
Several noted reduced crashes and increased confidence in managing energy. (sources: pamelarose.co.uk, participant feedback)
