Four Week Fatigue Rescue is a live, structured group course designed by Pamela Rose to support people with ME/CFS, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia and fatigue-related conditions. It provides a practical toolkit for stabilising symptoms and building recovery foundations in a short, focused format.

The programme runs over four weeks and combines weekly modules, live webinars, group Q&A sessions, video lessons, worksheets, and a peer support community. Each week focuses on a theme such as pacing, sleep, stress management, nutrition, movement, and mindset. A final “support week” helps participants consolidate what they’ve learned.
