  • Navigating Your Nervous System is a six-week, cohort-based somatic programme led by Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Sarah Baldwin. It is designed to help participants take control of their autonomic responses, turning states of overwhelm, disconnection, or stuckness into emotional regulation, presence, and grounded self-awareness.

  • The programme is delivered live via Zoom over six weeks, including:

    • One extended teaching session (approximately 2 hours) followed by five 1.5-hour sessions

    • Three teaching weeks and three Q&A weeks, all recorded for later access

    • Interactive learning with worksheets, mapping exercises, and a personalised action plan toolbox

    • Access to a moderated online community for mutual support and co-regulation

    • Focuses on giving participants active control over their nervous system - not just explaining theory, but enabling embodied change.

    • Emphasises that dysregulation isn’t personal failure, but a lack of regulation tools - a narrative shift participants consistently report finding liberating.

    • Includes community co-regulation, featuring group bonding and shared learning through Q&A.

    • Pay in Full: US $347 (approx £275 / €315)

    • Payment Plans available in fortnightly or monthly instalments

    Included in this price:

    • Six live group calls (over 9 hours of teaching)

    • Three workbooks (30+ pages total)

    • A somatic regulation toolbox for ongoing use

    • A moderated online community for peer connection

    • Lifetime access to course materials and video replays

    • Cohort enrolment may include waitlist bonuses or early bird offers

    • The audio materials and workbooks remain accessible after the course, increasing value for cost
