  • Release CFS is a structured programme designed to address chronic symptoms by working directly with the limbic system. The method is based on the idea that many symptoms are generated when unprocessed emotions trigger the nervous system into a state of ongoing stress.

It’s designed to meet people where they are and guide them towards deep release at their own pace.

It aims to build stability, emotional capacity and resilience before moving into deeper nervous system release work.

  • Release CFS is a 13-module online process with community access and weekly group coaching sessions. The course is divided into four parts:

    • Building stability and cultivating safety

    • Creating space and capacity for deeper work

    • Accessing gentle emotional release tools

    • Integrating and reconnecting with the true self

Each module includes video sessions, guided audio practices and written tools, designed to be completed over 13–26 weeks.

The process begins with preparation work to build safety and stability. Participants are then guided to identify the exact emotion in the body that is activating the limbic system. When this emotion is fully felt, symptoms often intensify temporarily – seen as a sign of progress rather than regression. By processing the emotion, the limbic system typically switches off the associated symptoms immediately.

Most clients experience their first full release within 3 to 5 months.

    Background

Over the past five years, the team has worked one-to-one with more than 1,400 clients, using these insights to refine the process. Their learnings, alongside the Alignment Recovery programme, are now built into Release CFS to offer a repeatable framework for recovery.

    • Requires a 1-year commitment to the process

    • Lifetime-applicable tools that can be used long after recovery

    • Not a “push through” approach - the pace is self-directed

    • Weekly group sessions are recorded for those who cannot attend live

    • Practices cover somatics, intuitive connection, breathwork, shadow work and emergency release techniques

    • Many participants said that having both structured modules and live group support created the perfect balance for recovery.

    • Several highlighted the group sessions as invaluable, noting that hearing others’ wins kept them motivated. One user described how this support helped them sleep better, experience fewer crashes, and feel more like themselves again.

    • Others found reassurance in the temporary symptom intensification, interpreting it as a sign that the correct emotion had been reached and processed.

    • A number of clients described the moment of release as a breakthrough, with some experiencing immediate relief and increased energy.

    • €432 for 1-year access → approx £375 / US $472

  • No publicised discounts, but group format and year-long access offer strong value compared to multiple one-to-one sessions.
