  • A self-paced online program built around resetting the neurological feedback loop between the body and brain using self-regulation, somatic exercises,  cognitive reappraisal, and gentle nervous system support. Designed primarily for people recovering from ME/CFS, long COVID, and chronic fatigue.

  • Participants access 54 video lessons, worksheets, peer support groups, live webinars, and six free mini-courses including breathwork, EFT, somatic practice, yoga, and EMDR-informed tools.

    They also offer free, facilitated community chat rooms and classes on yoga Nidra, somatic work and breathing.

  • Grounded in lived experience (the creator recovered from ME/CFS herself), this programme is nurturing and helps rebuild self-trust. It’s especially suited for people who need structure seeded with compassion, not overwhelm.

    • One-time lifetime access: £147 GBP

    • Optional add-ons: Live webinars (£10 each), peer groups, and one-to-one coaching (~£80/session)

    • Peer group support is currently £70 for a 12 week course, with follow up and free buddy system thereafter. 

    • Nidra yoga classes will be £6 from 1st October. 

    • Jan offers three sales a year ( 25-33% off) on the Reset to Thrive training videos/ assignments to help more people access the support. 

    • Core product is focused on accessibility with a modest one-time fee

    • Encourages using the companion book Breaking Free (widely available in libraries and second-hand) if the programme isn’t affordable

    • No formal sliding-scale or scholarship mentioned, though the flexible pricing and self-paced design help reduce financial barriers
