  • Reverse Therapy treats symptoms as body-mind messages signalling unmet needs. Clients work with trained practitioners to identify and meet these needs through emotional awareness and life changes.

  • Delivered in one-to-one sessions, clients learn to notice emotional patterns, act on their needs, and track symptom improvements.

    • Highly individualised and adaptable to different life contexts.

    • Practitioner fit can make a big difference, so it’s worth finding someone you feel comfortable with.

    • Sessions are available online as well as in person.

    • A participant who had lived with ME/CFS for over a decade said the process helped them recognise emotional signals behind physical symptoms: "Once I understood my symptoms were my body’s way of flagging unmet needs, I started making changes – and the symptoms began to fade."

    • Another person reported a clear turning point after acting on these “messages”: "When I changed the stressful situation my body was warning me about, my energy returned within weeks." They said it felt like their body “stood down” from constant alert.

    • A user who had tried multiple medical approaches without success said: "Reverse Therapy gave me a completely different perspective – I felt like I had real influence over my health again."

  • Costs vary by practitioner, typically mid-range per session. Packages are common.

  • Some practitioners offer sliding-scale fees or concessions. Online delivery expands access internationally.
