  • Be Your Own Medicine is a self-paced mind-body recovery programme led by coach and former 13-year ME/CFS patient Rebecca Tolin. It’s a low-pressure, science-informed method built around neuroplastic healing, emotional processing, somatic practices and lifestyle reintegration.
