Release CFS
-
Release CFS is a trauma-informed, emotionally grounded recovery programme designed to meet people where they are and guide them towards deep release at their own pace. It aims to build stability, emotional capacity and resilience before moving into deeper nervous system release work.
-
A 13-module online process with community and weekly group coaching sessions. The course is divided into four parts:
Building stability and cultivating safety
Creating space and capacity for deeper work
Accessing gentle emotional release tools
Integrating and reconnecting with the true self
Modules include video sessions, guided audio practices and written tools, designed to be completed over 13–26 weeks.
-
Requires a 1-year commitment to the process
Lifetime-applicable tools that can be used long after recovery
Not a “push through” approach - the pace is self-directed
Weekly group sessions are recorded for those who cannot attend live
Practices cover somatics, intuitive connection, breathwork, shadow work and emergency release techniques
-
"The tools from Release have transformed the way I relate to my symptoms - I feel more in control and more hopeful than ever."
"Having both the structured modules and live group support created the perfect balance for my recovery."
"This programme met me exactly where I was and helped me move forward without pressure."
A participant with long-term post-viral fatigue said the trauma-informed approach made them feel safe enough to try new things: "It was the first time I wasn’t told to push – yet I made more progress in months than in the last five years." They now walk daily and work part-time.
Another described measurable physical change: "I can now climb stairs without stopping and cook dinner for my family – things that used to wipe me out completely." They credited the layered practices for building stability first.
One user found the group sessions invaluable: "Hearing others’ wins kept me motivated. I’m sleeping better, have fewer crashes, and I feel like myself again."
