• Release CFS is a trauma-informed, emotionally grounded recovery programme designed to meet people where they are and guide them towards deep release at their own pace. It aims to build stability, emotional capacity and resilience before moving into deeper nervous system release work.

    2. Creating space and capacity for deeper work
