  • The Fatigue Recovery Roadmap is a structured online programme designed to help people with fatigue recover using a personalised, whole-person approach. Created by nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner Anna Marsh, the framework blends lifestyle change, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and mindset work.

    Marsh positions the roadmap as a way to shift people out of fight-or-flight and into a more regulated state that supports energy, stability and healing.

  • The Roadmap is a six-step online course delivered through pre-recorded video modules, with access to ongoing community support through a private Facebook group.
    The six steps are:

    1. Nourish your nervous system

    2. Regulate your stress response

    3. Master your mindset

    4. Nourish your body

    5. Live in rhythm

    6. Reclaim your energy

    Participants work through the modules at their own pace. Additional workbooks, somatic recordings and coaching prompts support implementation. The course is based on Anna's own recovery and clinical experience.

    • The approach blends nervous system work with functional health foundations (nutrition, sleep, blood sugar, etc).

    • It is not strictly a brain retraining programme, though it includes mindset work.

    • You do not need to follow a specific diet or track anything.

    • It’s designed for women, and most participants are women aged 30–60.

    Note: We do not typically list Functional Medicine approaches, as we do not believe that focusing on gut health, supplements, or lifestyle optimisation alone is a reliable route to full recovery. These approaches can become costly and may over-medicalise the healing process.
