Get On Track is a self-paced healing programme created by Aoife of Aoife Mind Body. Designed especially for sensitive women living with chronic pain, fatigue, or long-term illness, it helps participants reconnect with themselves, address root causes of illness, and build confidence in their recovery journey.

Starts with a one-to-one deep dive session with Aoife to personalise the programme.
You then move through structured self-paced modules with short, daily practices to integrate into everyday life.
The programme concludes with a momentum and attunement session, helping you move into the next stage of healing.
Includes guided meditations for morning and evening practice, which you keep for life.

Aoife draws on over 30 years of lived experience with chronic pain, bringing a compassionate and practical approach. This programme is not about surface-level symptom management, but about working gently at the root, helping participants shift how they relate to their body and their healing process.
