Heal Club is a monthly mind-body healing programme created by The Healing Dudes, a recovery-focused duo with lived experience of chronic illness and anxiety. The club combines education, peer support, and accountability with a focus on rewiring the nervous system, building emotional resilience, and restoring physical wellbeing.
The Healing Dudes’ method is grounded in their "3 Pillars of Healing" – Regulate, Rewire, Restore – and supports people in building a life beyond illness. The tone is informal, honest, and direct. While the main offer is the Heal Club membership, members also gain access to one-to-one support and downloadable healing guides to deepen their progress.
-
Members join on a rolling monthly basis
Two live Zoom calls each week with guidance from Josh and Joe
Ongoing support and connection via a private Facebook group and chat
Daily guidance, prompts and motivation from the founders
Accountability partner matching for extra peer support
Educational content on mind-body healing, neuroplasticity, movement, meditation, nutrition and emotional healing
Includes access to The Healing Dudes’ digital No Bullsh*t Healing Guide and private resource library
Members can also book discounted 1:1 coaching sessions, which include personal support with brain retraining, mindset, movement, and fear-facing work (standard cost outside of Heal Club is US$125 for 60 minutes, or via 8-week packages).
The No Bullsh*t Healing Guide is also available separately for those looking for a DIY approach – a 15-page interactive PDF outlining their daily healing routine, 4 Pillars of Healing, and supporting practices (priced at US$44.44).
-
The approach is informal and community-led – best suited for people who are ready to actively engage
Members often say the directness and lived experience of the founders helps cut through information overwhelm
Facebook is used as the main hub, which may not appeal to everyone
No clinical credentials – the programme is built from personal recovery and shared peer experience
The separate healing guides and 1:1 sessions can be used to deepen or personalise the work
