Supportive Resources

Alongside structured recovery methods, there are memberships, apps, closed communities and coaching alongside tools designed to support the nervous system and make daily practice easier. These aren’t standalone recovery methods in themselves, but many people find them valuable on their own, alongside a programme or as ongoing maintenance once recovery is underway.
