  • Move Well is a six-week 1:1 programme designed to help you rebuild confidence, comfort, and capacity in your body – no matter your diagnosis. Created for people living with chronic pain, fatigue, Long Covid, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, or arthritis, this movement-centred coaching programme meets you where you are and supports you to move forward safely and sustainably. The focus is not on “pushing through”, but on learning to move with your body, not against it.

    Through gentle assessment, personalised guidance, and weekly coaching, Move Well offers a reintroduction to your body through compassion, clarity and consistency.

    • Begin with a 1:1 suitability call to explore what’s going on for you and how movement currently feels in your body

    • Undergo a comprehensive movement assessment that includes strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, pain, and cardiovascular function

    • Receive a bespoke movement plan designed to evolve alongside your progress and symptoms

    • Meet with your coach 1:1 weekly for 6 weeks

    • Get text support in between sessions to adjust and troubleshoot as you go

    • The programme can be delivered in-person or online, depending on location

    • Karen specialises in trauma-informed, evidence-led movement coaching

    • This programme does not push the body beyond its limits – pacing and awareness are central

    • Ideal for those who feel nervous about movement after illness, injury, or flare-ups

    • Can work in conjunction with other programmes like Equinox or be a stand-alone option

    • Collaboration with other healthcare providers (e.g. physio or GP) is possible

    • The tailored plan gave people confidence to move again, even after years of fear-based avoidance (Instagram comments)

    • Text support between sessions was helpful for reducing overthinking and avoiding flare-ups
