  • Equinox is a 12-week group coaching programme designed to help people with fatigue-related conditions take practical, supported steps toward recovery. Blending breathwork, body education, pacing strategies and emotional resilience, it’s grounded in real lived experience and shaped to meet people where they are.

    Delivered in a supportive small-group environment, Equinox helps participants build a sustainable baseline, understand their bodies, and grow capacity over time.

    This is the foundational recovery course at Sage Health & Wellness, and forms part of larger coaching packages (Chrysalis and Solstice) if people want more 1:1 support.

    • Weekly group coaching sessions over 12 weeks (live)

    • One-off 1:1 “moving on” call at the end

    • Sessions cover:

      • Nervous system regulation and physiology

      • Breathwork and sleep

      • Pacing and baseline finding

      • Mindset, boundaries, and habits

      • Nutrition, movement, and stress reduction

      • Building capacity after burnout

    • Small group environment for shared learning and encouragement

    • Includes full breathwork programme

    • Suitable for those with ME/CFS, Long Covid, fibromyalgia, or post-viral fatigue

    • Participants begin with a 1:1 suitability call to ensure it’s the right fit

    • Delivered live by Karen Wright, a recovery coach with professional training and personal lived experience

    • Course is designed to help avoid crashes and energy dips while still making steady progress

    • Can be done on its own or bundled into Sage’s deeper 1:1 coaching packages (Chrysalis or Solstice)

    • Not just educational – it focuses on implementing strategies week by week with ongoing support

    • The focus on pacing with the body, not pushing through with the mind, gave many people a new and compassionate approach to moving forward (healthrising.org)

    • Extended Plan: £60 per month for 6 months
